This is a nicely flaked Thebes made out of Burlington. There is a
little
stacking on one blade face, but other than that this is a well made and
well flaked artifact. Since the Thebes is narrow it resembles a
Dovetail
with a Thebes base. The piece is loaded with iron deposits and has a
large spot of blue hinge.

This big Cobbs is made from a very glossy Crescent Quarry. I tried to
capture the outstanding percussion flaking the artifact has by taking
a few pictures outside in the sunlight. The Cobbs does have one nick
near the tip, but otherwise it's almost flawless. It's a very nice
piece
of flint and at $375 dollars it's priced to sell.
