I decided about a year ago to sell some pieces from my
personal collection and this axe is one of them. The Nebo

is extremely well made and is a classic style for it's type.
Polished 100% from one end to the other and very
symmetrical.  It's made from a very dense and rather
dark, almost black hardstone that has a couple of lighter
streaks running through it.

This is the second axe I have decided to let go.  A super high polished
Missouri Square made from a dark brown hardstone.  There are a
couple of ancient chips, but they are polished over from continued
use of the axe.  The artifact has great balance and symmetry and
could fit into almost anyone's axe case.

Price - $650.00

Size - 5 1/2" x 1 3/4"

Clarion Co. Pennsylvania

This is just a quality Winged Banner made from a very dense and dark brown hardstone.
Since the artifact is only partially drilled, some may theorize the bannerstone is a preform or just wasn't completed.  My theory is that the banner maybe a ceremonial offering of some sort.  I recently asked a couple of prominent collector's on their take of the banner and they felt it was some kind of ceremonial piece too.   The artifact is totally polished, very symmetrical and would make a nice addition to any bannerstone collector's frame.

A very well made flared bit celt.  This wirey granite artifact
has a overall polish of 70%, from the tip of the bit to where
the hafting begins.
